We at Nomad Morocco Tours are committed to providing exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our valued customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and therefore, we have outlined the following cancellation policy to address such situations.
Customers are required to notify us of any cancellations within the specified timeframe prior to the scheduled tour departure date. The cancellation timeframe is as follows:
Upon receiving a valid cancellation request within the specified timeframe, we will process the refund according to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within one business day from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that any applicable bank or processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
We understand that certain unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, which may necessitate cancellation outside of the specified timeframe. In such cases, customers are required to provide valid documentation supporting their request for an exception. Our team will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions or considerations at our discretion.
Customers who wish to reschedule their tour instead of canceling may do so subject to availability and any applicable fees. Please contact our customer service team to discuss rescheduling options.
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Nomad Morocco Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours without liability. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
By booking a tour with Nomad Morocco Tours, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation policy before booking or during the tour planning process.
If you choose to pay the deposit via PayPal, please let us know the name and the email address of the person who will transfer the amount.
If you want to pay the deposit by Western Union, please contact us for our Western Union account information. Following payment, you must provide us the MTCN number so that we can proceed with the confirmation sooner.
You can send the deposit to our bank account, but please keep in mind that the transaction may take up to ten days, and the reservation cannot be finalized until we receive the money.
The remaining payment can be made in cash (EUR, USD, MAD, GBP) once you arrive in Morocco, or you can pay the entire amount in advance if you prefer not to carry cash or make payments from other countries.
Once you are in Morocco, we can take full payment by credit card, however, a 5% fee will be applied to cover the extra transaction charges.
We can accept the full payment via PayPal, but a 5% fee will be added to cover the additional transaction fees.
We accept full payments to our bank accounts, and transactions might take up to ten days.
